Roaster (f/m/d) in our roastery at Länderweg

Start: June 1, 2025

We roast specialty coffee with great care – and are looking for support for our roasting team. If you're interested in coffee, sensory perception, and craftsmanship, we look forward to receiving your application.

We want to make our team more diverse and are particularly happy to receive applications from people who do not identify as male.

Your tasks:

• Test roasts of new green coffees
• Carrying out daily roasting
• Quality control of roasting batches
• Cleaning and maintenance of the roaster
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards

What you should bring:

• Interest in high-quality coffee
• Enjoyment of sensory work
• Willingness to do physically active work
• Reliability and teamwork
• Experience in the specialty coffee industry is a plus, but not required

• Fixed salary (€2,862.09 – €3,184.02 gross for 40 hours/week)
