The paper filters in the typical round shape with their special strength were specially developed for use with the popular AeroPress. We only sell what we use in our cafés in Frankfurt or at home for the preparation of filter coffee and espresso. We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our assortment changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roasting Champion of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
