Coffees

Agua Sarca
At Christmas time, we are celebrating the return of a coffee that has already delighted us in the past. The flavor profile of this coffee goes perfectly with any Advent coffee and is also excellent for a brief moment of contemplation during the Christmas season!

La Esperanza
This is the second time we have featured this coffee from the northern highlands of El Salvador. Once again, it impresses with its fruity sweetness and full texture. In the filter, we find a pleasantly integrated grape acidity that blends elegantly with the natural sweetness of stone fruits and galia melons. A rich fruity perception develops in the espresso, reminiscent of cherry and rounded off by a distinct sweetness that reminds us of butter cookies.

SHAWO
Shawo is a classic example of an Ethiopian natural that fulfills our expectations with its fruity, berry profile. In filter coffee, it produces notes of elderberries and strawberry jam. The espresso, on the other hand, impresses with its taste of sour cherry and marzipan. What makes Ethiopian coffee so special is the enormous variety of coffee plants cultivated there. Only a fraction of these have been identified and classified more precisely to date. Depending on the region and plant, this results in a unique taste profile, which makes Ethiopian coffee so special and exciting at the same time.
