Our latest filter coffee from Brazil
Harvest: 05-08.21
This beautiful Yellow Bourbon from Brazil is a real all-rounder for many occasions. With its notes of stone fruit and almond, it is just as suitable for breakfast by the lake as it is for your grandparents' golden wedding. The cherries of this variety have - as the name suggests - a yellow colour and are relatively typical of Brazilian coffees - this is where this variety is most common.
The "Fazenda IP" farm, founded in the 1960s, is located in the state of Minas Gerais, one of the most high-profile coffee states in Brazil. Still family-owned, farmer Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira not only attaches great importance to high-quality coffees, but also to fair payment for his employees. He gives them bonuses depending on the high scores the beans achieve in cuppings. He also promotes innovative working and preparation methods in all areas by offering regular training for his employees, thus also encouraging and challenging their interest and competence in the respective areas of work.
