Our Christstollen is baked in our bakery with great care and the very best ingredients — made from wheat flour, butter, and milk, refined with raisins, almonds, a splash of rum, and our house-made candied orange peel, prepared over several days. Our own spice blend gives it its unmistakably festive character. Each Stollen is sold as a whole loaf — available only while supplies last.

We only sell what we use in our cafés in Frankfurt or at home for the preparation of filter coffee and espresso. Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our assortment changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roasting Champion of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
