We are happy to ship our Specialty Coffee as a whole bean. If you need it ground, please select the appropriate grind (filter, Aeropress, French Press, portafilter, stovetop pot) or write us a comment if you need a different grind. By the way, many of our Specialty Coffees are available in Coffee Subscription with 10% discount - order coffee online once and enjoy it regularly! If you also want to try new Specialty Coffee regularly, you can get our coffee of the month in another Coffee Subscription then even free shipping!

Comparing our roasting grades:

• Filter coffee: Our lightest roast. Maximum complexity, no roasted aromas. Ideal for all filter preparations.
• Light espresso: Focus is on complexity & aroma. Lively acidity, little roasted aromas. Ideal for all espresso preparations.
• Dark espresso: Focus is on balance & body. Low acidity, classic roast. Ideal for all espresso preparations.
