General shipping information:

Online orders of coffee and accessories are shipped Monday to Friday. We ship our packages with DHL and Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs in Germany: 4,90 €, Orders from 39,00 € are free of shipping costs within Germany

Online vouchers and the Hoppenworth & Ploch coffee subscription are free of shipping costs.

Voucher cards with Deutsche Post: €0.95

For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price displayed.

Payment methods:

• PayPal, credit card, direct debit, instant bank transfer, pay immediately with Klarna
  When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal or Klarna in the next step. Once the required data has been entered there, it will automatically go back to this shop to complete the order.
• When booking a subscription, payment is possible by credit card and PayPal.
