On coffee’s long journey, roasting is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating stages a coffee bean undergoes. Green coffee is anything but flavorful—it’s more like a sweet yet unfinished raw material with enormous flavor potential. It is the roasting process, through a series of complex chemical reactions, that unlocks this potential. Do you want to roast coffee yourself and learn what to consider? Have you always wanted to know what happens during coffee roasting? We offer you the chance to explore this in a seminar with the German Roastmaster of 2018, Kilian Seger. This seminar is suitable for home baristas, coffee nerds, amateur roasters, and those simply curious about the fascinating field of roasting.
