The Dotyk Dripper by Hoppenworth & Ploch is an innovative filter coffee method for those who want to enjoy their coffee consciously and with high quality. This coffee dripper impresses with its unique shape and well-thought-out functionality, which takes the brewing of filter coffee to the next level. Thanks to the special arrangement of the holes in the dripper, the coffee can degas quickly and evenly, optimizing extraction and intensifying the flavor.
Another advantage: the Dotyk Dripper does not need to be preheated. The drop-shaped edges minimize contact between the paper filter and the ceramic, so that the heat remains in the coffee and does not transfer to the device. This ensures an even brewing process and better taste.
In addition, the well-thought-out hole arrangement helps to quickly lower the temperature of the coffee, which slows down the release of bitter substances at the end of the brewing process. Perfect for those who want to enjoy hand-brewed coffee at the highest level!

The idea for the Dotyk Dripper was born in April 2022. Thanks to the support of many dedicated people, the first sales started as early as August 18, 2022. The founder Dmytro Mohylenko met in Lviv Iryna Basko, and together they developed the Dotyk Dripper. With this innovative coffee dripper Iryna won the 2024 Brewers Cup Ukraine. Today, the Dotyk Dripper is successfully sold throughout Ukraine and in many European countries, making it a popular filter coffee tool.

All our coffees are traceable back to the farm. We work exclusively with importers who share our values. Only ecologically, economically and socially sustainable coffee enters our roaster.
Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our range changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Handwerk
Roasting is a craft, and that is how we practice it. Our roasting team, led by Kilian Seger, the 2018 German National Roasting Champion, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
