Since 2019, we no longer roast in our café in the Nordend, but have set up our own location for this purpose on the south side of the Main in beautiful Sachsenhausen. Although no coffee is served to customers here, the roastery is still the heart of our company, because this is where the specialty coffee is created that makes our customers happy every day. Our roasting team around the German Roasting Master of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in the profile development and quality control of the respective coffees. We roast on a 30kg drum roaster from Giesen Coffee Roasters (W30A).
Before the coffee is packed and prepared for shipping, we check the quality of each individual roast batch in daily tastings, because we only sell what meets our own standards.
Our seminars on the topics of barista, tasting, latte art and roasting also take place in our roastery in Sachsenhausen. Whether you are an ambitious home barista or a professional, everyone can learn something from us and deepen their knowledge on the subject of coffee.
