Roast Degree
- Filter coffee: our lightest roast. Maximum complexity, no roasted aromas. Ideal for all filter coffee preparations.
- Light espresso: the focus is on complexity and aroma. Lively acidity, few roasted aromas. Ideal for all espresso preparations.
- Dark espresso: the focus is on balance and body. Low acidity, classic roast. Ideal for all espresso preparations.
Grind Size
We like to ship our specialty coffee as whole beans. If you need the coffee ground, please select the appropriate grind (filter, aeropress, French press, sieve carrier, stove jug). If your desired grind is not displayed, please feel free to leave us a comment.

Developed by experienced coffee technicians and engineers from high-quality materials: ball bearing grinder made of stainless steel, glass for the collecting container, BPA-free plastic without plasticisers for the grinder suspension and solid oak wood for the grinder surface and knob.
Fine adjustability of the grinding levels is ensured by over 35 levels, which can be precisely set with three fingertips via a click mechanism. This allows you to achieve precise grinding results for different brewing methods, from powder-fine coffee powder for a mocha to grainy coffee grounds for filter or French press.

All our coffees are traceable back to the farm. We work exclusively with importers who share our values. Only ecologically, economically and socially sustainable coffee enters our roaster.
Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our range changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Handwerk
Roasting is a craft, and that is how we practice it. Our roasting team, led by Kilian Seger, the 2018 German National Roasting Champion, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
