Transparency is one of the central themes in the world of specialty coffee – and a cornerstone of our work. We are convinced that true transparency is essential to ensuring socially and ecologically sustainable coffee production now and in the future.
In 2021, we laid the foundation and published our first comprehensive transparency report. Since then, we have consistently pursued this path, continuously working to provide insights into our supply chains, partnerships, and decisions.
Our goal is to make coffee production more transparent and fair, not just for us, but for the entire industry. That's why we make our reports available to anyone interested and invite you to read them, share them, ask questions, and give us feedback! Because transparency thrives on exchange – and we grow with every perspective.
For us, sustainability also means taking responsibility for our ecological footprint. Therefore, we have begun systematically recording our CO₂ emissions. The first step is a detailed CO₂ report for our café in the new Old Town , which serves as the basis for company-wide reporting. This creates transparency and a solid foundation for targeted emissions reduction.
Our goal remains to continuously minimize our ecological footprint and operate more sustainably.
