The tamper is incredibly important in espresso preparation. Our tamper from Motta is ideal because you can build up pressure with pinpoint accuracy. The dark brown wooden handle is elegant and feels very good in the hand. That's why we also use the Motta tamper in our cafés in Frankfurt. The 58mm diameter makes the model suitable for all standard portafilters. To complement it, we recommend a tamper mat.

Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our assortment changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roasting Champion of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
