The 4-piece Hario V60 set consists of a coffee filter holder, a glass carafe, 40 paper filters and a measuring spoon. Size 02 is suitable for 1-4 cups of filter coffee.
The starter set offers the ideal basic equipment for hand-brewed filter coffee and is equally suitable for beginners and lovers of hand filters. Hario combines Japanese technology and appealing design. The name V60 already explains the shape, it is a V-shaped cone with a 60 degree angle of inclination. The inclination and the larger, tapered base opening prevent the coffee flow from jamming. It is recommended to use the particularly strong Hario V60 filters, as these are not only adapted to the pointed shape, but also withstand the increased pressure of water and coffee better than commercially available coffee filters from other manufacturers. Another special feature is the curved grooves with wide gaps on the inside of the filter, which allows the water to circulate consistently and the coffee to keep moving during brewing. Due to the long and even extraction one enjoys the full variety of flavours and a clear cup profile.
The Hario V60 Set includes the 02 size V60 Dripper made of hard plastic, the jug made of heat-resistant glass with matching lid, 40 tasteless paper filters and a measuring spoon for portioning the coffee.
