We only sell what we use in our cafés in Frankfurt or at home for the preparation of filter coffee and espresso. Accessoriesfrom coffee grinders to professional scales and filters can easily be bought online together with our coffee.

Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our assortment changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roasting Champion of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
