Our vegan Elisenlebkuchen are baked in our bakery following a traditional recipe — entirely free from animal products, yet full of depth and aroma. Marzipan, finely ground almonds, and our house-made candied orange peel give them a moist texture and delicate flavor, rounded out by our balanced spice blend and a coating of dark chocolate. Each set contains three — perfect for sharing, gifting, or simply enjoying yourself.
Ingredients: marzipan, water, finely ground almonds, invert sugar cream, sugar, wheat flour, candied orange peel, potato protein (sulfites), dark chocolate coating min. 54.1% (soy), spices, baking powder (ABC leavening), lemon, xanthan gum, salt.

Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our assortment changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roasting Champion of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
