We are happy to ship our Specialty Coffee as whole beans. If you need the coffee ground, please select the appropriate grind (filter, Aeropress, French Press, portafilter, stovetop pot). If your desired grind is not displayed, please write us a comment.

The name and design have changed - the taste remains the same! Developed for restaurants, offices and the classic espresso at home. The ESPRESSO BLEND (formerly Silver Blend) in the new, CO2-neutral and aluminum-free packaging!
The Espresso Blend is our all-rounder and is particularly easy to handle thanks to the absence of acidic green coffees. We have put a lot of selection into our green coffees, because only when we combine the right coffees with each other do we end up with something as delicious as our Espresso Blend. The basis of our classic blend is a natural from Brazil, which forms the basic taste of a creamy and classic espresso blend. You were wondering why this espresso has such an incredible crema - yes, it's because of our washed Robusta from India. Robusta generally has more caffeine than Arabica, provides a beautiful crema and is easy to handle. That sounds really delicious - we hope you enjoy our espresso blend, whether you use your portafilter machine, fully automatic machine or stovetop pot, you can celebrate quick successes and prepare a really delicious espresso!

Sustainability
All our coffees are traceable back to the farm. We work exclusively with importers who share our values. Only ecologically, economically and socially sustainable coffee enters our roaster.
Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our range changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roastmaster of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
