We are happy to ship our Specialty Coffee as whole beans. If you need the coffee ground, please select the appropriate grind (filter, Aeropress, French Press, portafilter, stovetop pot). If your desired grind is not displayed, please write us a comment.

Dark espressos often go in a rather classic, bitter direction and rarely are fruity flavours to be tasted. So we thought: well why should we do that? Let's do it differently! And after some tasting, we came up with our organic Bio Espresso Blend! Our chocolaty, fruity, certified organic representative in the dark espresso line, made from 100% organically grown green coffees. Developed for lovers of classic roasts, and especially suitable for fully automatic and portafilter machines. In addition to the espresso blend, we have created a second all-rounder that is easy to handle and very balanced in taste, with a subtle fruity note. We owe the fruity note in this blend to the Honduran Natural, which brings with it the taste of berries and wild berries. The base in this blend is a washed arabica coffee from Honduras and the special kick in this blend is brought by the washed Indian Robusta! Enjoy brewing our organic espresso!

Sustainability
All our coffees are traceable back to the farm. We work exclusively with importers who share our values. Only ecologically, economically and socially sustainable coffee enters our roaster.
Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our range changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roastmaster of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
