Basic coffee knowledge: Which coffee has the potential to be special and tasty and how to recognise it.
Extraction theory: Which substances are responsible for a round taste and how you achieve the goal of making a balanced and balanced coffee drink.
Concept of Brewratio: Where your levers are in coffee preparation to create an optimal brew ratio and taste experience.
Sensory & Perception: How you perceive degrees of extraction using your taste buds.

Our barista course takes place in our roastery at Länderweg 21 in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen and lasts approx. 3 - 3 ½ hours and is held in a small group. The seminars are usually in German, selected dates are offered in English.
