Roast degree
- Filter Coffee: Our lightest roast. Maximum complexity, no roasted aromas. Ideal for all filter preparations.
- Light Espresso: Focus is on complexity & aroma. Lively acidity, little roasted aromas. Ideal for all espresso preparations.
- Dark Espresso: Focus is on balance & body. Low acidity, classic roast. Ideal for all espresso preparations.

We are happy to ship our Specialty Coffee as whole beans. If you need the coffee ground, please select the appropriate grind (filter, Aeropress, French Press, portafilter, stovetop pot). If your desired grind is not displayed, please write us a comment.

We've packed our Organic Espresso Blend into capsules and are excited to offer great coffee and delicious espresso to everyone who uses a capsule machine at home. With our Organic Espresso Blend, we've created a versatile, well-balanced coffee with a subtle fruity note. The Base and the fruitiness come from Arabicas, whilst a Robusta adds the special kick. Both the coffee and the capsules are certified organic. So, when you need your morning coffee to be quick and easy, we've got you covered!
Our capsules are compatible with most Nespresso* capsule machines.
They are made entirely from wood sourced from German forests, are free from microplastics and are home compostable.

We have filled our Organic Espresso Blend into capsules and are pleased that we can now offer good coffee and great espresso for all those who use a capsule machine at home. With the Organic Espresso Blend, we have created an all-rounder that is very well-balanced in terms of taste and has a subtle fruity note. We owe the fruity note in this blend to a naturally processed Arabica from Honduras, which brings with it the taste of berries and wild berries. The base is a washed coffee from Peru and the special kick comes from the washed Indian Robusta. The coffee is certified organic and the capsule packaging is biodegradable. So if you need something quick and easy in the morning, we've got you covered!

Almost all of our coffees are traceable back to the farm. We work with importers and producers who share our values and place a high priority on transparent origin information and long-term partnerships.
Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our range changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roastmaster of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
