Espresso Blend
The backbone of many cafés is our classic Espresso Blend. With it, we present a powerful espresso that is absolutely reliable and easy to handle. Drunk black, its heavy body is reminiscent of espresso in Italian café bars and it doesn't have to hide from a generous portion of milk foam either.
Bio Espresso Blend
We have designed the Bio Espresso Blend as a second all-rounder alongside the classic espresso blend. It is certified organic and roasted a little lighter, and we play a little more with the acid structure here, without putting it too much in the foreground. Like its namesake, it is aimed at lovers of classic roasts and impresses with its reliability and ease of handling.Bio Café Crème
The Bio Café Crème is also certified organic. It was developed by us to have a coffee beyond the espresso format, where we do not have to compromise on taste. Light acidity, distinguished sweetness and a pleasant body deliver a drink that is convincing both as an espresso and as a café crème, but does not hide its restrained character even in milk drinks.

Sustainability
All our coffees are traceable back to the farm. We work exclusively with importers who share our values. Only ecologically, economically and socially sustainable coffee enters our roaster.
Seasonality
We always buy our coffee seasonally. Our range changes several times a month to always roast the freshest beans. We want each coffee to highlight the specificity of its terroir.
Craft
Roasting is a craft and that's how we practice it. Our roasting team around the German Roastmaster of 2018, Kilian Seger, invests a lot of time in profile development and quality control.
